Es un curso digital, con contenido educativo diseñado para enseñar a los participantes sobre el proceso de inversión en certificados fiscales, que son deudas de impuestos sobre propiedades que han quedado impagas. Se trata de una subasta de las escrituras de la propiedad.

Al ser una subasta pública vas a hacer negocios directamente con el gobierno de Estados Unidos, sin intermediarios que cobran comisiones, razón por la que estas subastas pueden ser extremadamente rentables independientemente del monto invertido. Es un curso digital, con contenido educativo diseñado para enseñar a los participantes sobre el proceso de inversión en subastas de Tax Deeds, que son deudas de impuestos sobre propiedades que han quedado impagas. En este caso, se trata de una subasta de la propiedad misma, sea lote, casa, edificio, etc.

  • Asesorías Privadas: 4 Sesiones de una hora cada una con un consultor, 1 a 1, donde el usuario podrá establecer una estrategia específica y personalizada, para la aplicación de la información aprendida en el programa.
  • Comunidad Privada: Este grupo se ha creado con la intención de reunir las personas interesadas en mejorar su estado financiero, compartiendo experiencias y creando grupos espontáneos para aplicar la información aprendida en proyectos de inversión inmobiliaria.

  • 1 hora de video pregrabado, explicando el funcionamiento de un proyecto de Fix & Flip, para entender la aplicación de una inversión de Fix & Flip, apoyado en esta noticia.

 

  •  CURSO GUS INVESTMENTS: Hemos creado la reunión de productos y servicios que ayudaran al usuario en la búsqueda de información precisa y aplicativa sobre diferentes métodos de inversión en los Estados Unidos, los cuales están descritos en los productos anteriormente mencionados.

  • Curso Básico de Tax Liens.
  • Programa de Tax Deeds.
  • Asesoría de Fix & Flip.

 

  •  CURSO PROPSTREAM: Les ofrecemos a los usuarios, horas de formación 100% en español, a través de videos explicativos sobre el funcionamiento de la herramienta PROPSTREAM y el contenido que ofrece esa plataforma.

CONTENIDO:

  • 13 módulos con más de 2 horas cada uno, de videos explicativos acerca de la plataforma PROPSTREAM.

 

 

*MONEDA DE COMPRA: Nuestros productos en la página de ventas, estará siempre estipulado en nuestra moneda local, ya que estamos establecidos en los Estados Unidos.

Es decir, cada comprador realizara el pago en dólares (USD$), sin tener en cuenta la tasa de cambio de la moneda local del comprador.

 

* NUESTRAS  POLÍTICAS DE CUMPLIMIENTO.

  • Política de rembolso y devolución: Cada usuario que desee un reembolso o REFUND, deberá cumplir primordialmente de una condición: NO haber avanzado más del 30% en el curso que haya adquirido. Nuestra plataforma cuenta con una configuración que  nos permite constatar los ingresos, fechas y porcentaje de avance del usuario en cada producto.

Si el usuario no ha completado este 30 %, recibirá en las siguientes 72 horas siguientes del pedido del reembolso, el dinero completo del valor del producto, menos el 1% del costo de la transacción.

  • Política de entrega: Una vez el usuario realiza el pago en nuestra plataforma, se genera automáticamente las credenciales que le dará acceso inmediato al producto o servicio estipulado.
